Georgian honey export halved in 2023

Georgian natural honey export has soared by 1631.5% in the last 5 years, as per Sakstat data. However, in January-December 2023, it declined by 57.2% compared to the same period of 2022.

According to the data of recent years, Bulgaria and France are the leading exporting countries. In 2021-2023, our country exported 210.62 tons of honey to Bulgaria, 204 tons to France.
